As the company was set up in<\/span> \u00a01967<\/span><\/strong> its main production line was wood furniture.<\/p>\n

1980 \u2013 2000<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The company starts producing and assembling rail fittings<\/strong><\/span> and equipment and begins to manufacture aluminum components for the rail sector.<\/p>\n

Finally yet importantly, it equips itself with its first CNC machine<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

2001 \u2013 2008<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

After Ansaldobreda<\/strong><\/span>\u2019s decision to outsource the tram production, Rustici decides to take part in a new consortium<\/strong><\/span>, together with other local companies, to manufacture and test low-floor trams. At the same time, Rustici gets a certification<\/strong><\/span> according to UNI EN ISO 9001.2000.<\/p>\n

The company integrates aluminum component machining with welding, in order to provide complete products, and keeps on improving itself, getting therefore further certifications<\/span><\/strong> according to UNI EN ISO 3834-2 and EN ISO 15085-2 CL1.<\/p>\n

2009<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The company moves to its new seat<\/span><\/strong> in Montale (Pistoia, Tuscany).<\/p>\n

2011-2015<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The dimensions and characteristics of the new seat as well as significant investments<\/span><\/strong> lead to a further development of welding and machining activities and therefore to new important orders by big companies such as Ansaldobreda<\/span><\/strong> and Siemens<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The company also gets orders for train revamping<\/strong><\/span> and low-floor tram assembly<\/span><\/strong> and keeps on developing the production of interiors<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
